Nearly 1 million Syrian Refugees are currently escaping from Idlib Province (Northern Syria) to avoid clashes between Turkish and Syrian forces. Most are heading towards a Turkish safe-haven well beyond capacity. The last best hope to avoid full scale war between Turkey and Syria in the region is Russian-backed diplomacy which, as of March 11th, managed to secure a tentative ceasefire agreement between the parties.
